Asbestos works were completed at Hesketh House, supporting a chemical plant manufacturer, to address identified materials within ground floor office areas. The package included licensed removal of asbestos insulating board under full enclosure and controlled conditions, delivered by trained personnel. To strengthen ongoing management, additional non-licensed removal was undertaken and residual materials were encapsulated to maintain long-term risk control.
Activities were planned around live operations, with clear communication, supervision and monitoring throughout. On completion, the areas were left clean, compliant and suitably controlled, providing a robust platform for continued occupation and future refurbishment activities. Documentation and handover records were completed.
